Preparing the paint.

In a square frame, on top of a flat glass bottom, a metal mold forming the image is set.

Paint is poured into the different shapes of the image.

A colorfull pattern is created.

Each color goes into specific parts of the mold.

Almost finished adding paint.

The last square.

Slowly, the pattern mold is lifted.

The mold is out of the paint and moved away.

Remarkably, the paint stays in place.

The entire tile can actually be turned upside down.

Even pushing lightly on the glass doesn't affect the paint.

The man is proud of his work.

The paint is now covered with sand and cement.

Real mortar is now added into the frame.

And spread open evenly.
